Justin Isaacs
PROGAM DIRECTOR & NATIONAL TEAM HEAD COACH
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Coach Justin Isaacs brings over 18 years of coaching experience marked by leadership, player development, and championship success. He spent 12 years at Summit Country Day School, severed as Varsity Head Football Coach & Varsity Assistant basketball Coach, where he was apart of programs two state basketball titles and multiple football playoff appearances.
A former minor league and arena football player, Coach Isaacs is a two-time Minor League Football Hall of Fame inductee—as both a standout running back and team owner. Since 2021, he has focused his passion on the Wesley Chapel, Florida community, building a nationally recognized youth basketball program and serving as Assistant Head Coach for the Wesley Chapel High School girls team.
Coach Isaacs is known for his commitment to faith, family, and developing the next generation of leaders—mentoring athletes now thriving in the NFL, pro basketball, and top NCAA programs.

ASSISTANT HEAD COACH & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Originally from New York City, Coach Carlos was introduced to basketball by his older brother and quickly fell in love with the game. By age 11, he was competing in the local CYO league at St. Thomas the Apostle and later became the starting point guard at Thomas Edison High School—serving as a true extension of the coach on the court.
His coaching journey began as a way to bond with his sons, leading teams in the same church league he once played in. Over five years at St. Stans, he coached kids ages 7–14, with three of his teams reaching the CYO Final Four and two advancing to the championship game.
Since relocating to Wesley Chapel in 2020, Coach Carlos has been a dedicated member of the basketball community. He’s been instrumental in player development through both the rec league and as a coach for multiple RADD Elite teams, with a strong focus on fundamentals and growth.

ANTHONY DELACRUZ
HEAD COACH, PACERS
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Coach Anthony "Ant" Delacruz discovered his passion for basketball early in life—a passion that has driven his coaching career for over a decade. He began as a youth head coach, building a strong foundation in player development and team leadership.
Now based in Florida, Coach Ant leads the Cypress Creek Middle School girls basketball team and the nationally recognized FSCE Pacers girls team. Known for his high basketball IQ, competitive mindset, and ability to connect with young athletes, he consistently brings out the best in his players.
Coach Ant’s dedication to excellence has helped establish his teams among the top girls basketball programs in Florida.
